HPG does not sell your Personal Information to any third parties. However, HPG will share your name, home address, and phone number with the HomePro that meets the criteria of your requested estimates.

  • Website and application hosting, development, and maintenance
  • Data storage and backup
  • Analytics and measurement

PROCESSING AND MAINTENANCE OF INFORMATION 

Personal Information provided by you to HPG is processed by SharpSpring, a customer-managed relationship service provider and is used solely for the purpose of providing you with general consumer updates and HPG newsletters.

All estimates requested by you is maintained internally by HomePros using encryption software, including the Personal Information provided by you on the “Get and Estimate” form. This information is maintained for HPG internal tracking purposes only with restricted access for HPG employees who must access this information to form their functions of employment.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you voluntarily provide to us is stored on secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information through compliance with this Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING INFORMATION 

For access to and modification of your Personal Information, you may do so at any time by accessing “My Account” on the Website.

All such requests must be in writing and will be responded to within thirty (30) days.  Please note that HPG may request additional Personal Information and request for proof of identification prior to processing these requests. If additional Personal Information is required, HPG will respond within thirty (30) days after the additional Personal Information or proof of identification is received.

Minors 

The Website is not intended for use by minors under 18 years of age (hereinafter “Minors”). Minors shall not use or provide any Personal Information to HPG, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any other personally identifiable Personal Information you may use.

HPG does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from Minors. If HPG becomes aware that we have collected or received Personal Information from a Minor without verification of parental consent, HPG will delete that Personal Information as soon as practicable.

If you believe that HPG may have any Personal Information from, or regarding, a Minor, please contact us in writing in the manner described in the “CONTACT INFORMATION” Section of this Privacy Policy.

STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS 

The Website is intended for use by residents of the State of Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, and Florida only. However, the Website is publicly available.

Certain states have enacted privacy laws that may apply to the residents of that state (hereinafter “Out of State Residents”) and may afford additional rights regarding the collection, use, and maintenance of Personal Information of Out of State Residents. HPG will comply with any additional state privacy rights as applicable if an Out of State Resident is identified.

The Privacy Policy shall be reviewed annually or as necessary to comply with applicable state or federal laws and statutes, or regulatory guidance. All modifications or revisions will be posted to this Privacy Policy and will be effective as of the date published.

If HPG makes material changes as to how we collect, use, process, or otherwise maintain your Personal Information, we will notify you through email, if one was provided to HPG, and through notice on the Website Home page.
