If a global opt-out preference signal is supported and recognized under applicable law, we will honor such signals where required.

HPG does not sell your Personal Information to any HomePro in exchange for monetary compensation. However, HPG will share your name, home address, and phone number with the HomePro which meets the criteria of your requested estimates.

We may disclose Personal Information as follows (to the extent permitted by law):

Service Providers and Contractors

We share information, in a manner that may be considered a “sale” or “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws, with third-party companies and individuals that perform services on our behalf, such as:

• Website and application hosting, development, and maintenance
• Data storage and backup
• Analytics and measurement
• Email, SMS, and other communications
• Customer support and marketing services

These service providers are generally required to use Personal Information only to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.

Third-Party Providers

If you submit a request through the Services (for example, to be connected with a provider), we may share:

• Self-reported information about your inquiry, project, or request

Personal Information provided by you to HPG is processed by Mirabel Technologies, a customer-managed relationship service provider and is used solely for the purpose of providing you with general consumer updates and HPG newsletters.

All estimates requested by you are maintained internally by HomePros using encryption software, including the Personal Information provided by you on the “Get and Estimate” form. This information is maintained for HPG internal tracking purposes only with restricted access for HPG employees who must access this information to perform their job functions.

We have implemented measures and reasonable safeguards designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you voluntarily provide to us is stored on secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information through compliance with this Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

For access to and modification of your Personal Information, you may do so at any time by accessing “My Account” on the Website.

All such requests must be in writing and will be responded to within thirty (30) days.  Please note that HPG may request additional Personal Information and request for proof of identification prior to processing these requests. If additional Personal Information is required, HPG will respond within thirty (30) days after the additional Personal Information or proof of identification is received.

The Website is not intended for use by minors under 18 years of age (hereinafter “Minors”). Minors shall not use or provide any Personal Information to HPG, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any other personally identifiable Personal Information you may use.

HPG does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from Minors. If HPG becomes aware that we have collected or received Personal Information from a Minor without verification of parental consent, HPG will delete that Personal Information as soon as practicable.

The Website is intended for use by residents of the State of Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, and Florida only. However, the Website is publicly available.

HPG will comply with any additional state privacy rights as applicable if an Out of State Resident is identified.
